At Riomar Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your shoes in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
